  • What is Flightpass?
    Flightpass is the first ten-ride ticket for flying with SWISS. You pay a package price once-only and get ten one-way flights (for up to five round trips). Within the validity period and the selected route network, you can use the flights flexibly.
  • Who can buy the Flightpass?
    The Flightpass can be purchased by persons older than 18 years with a permanent residency in Switzerland or France.
  • On which flights is Flightpass available?
    Flightpass can be used on selected direct routes within the SWISS route network to and from Geneva. For the Discover Europe Pass and the City Pass, there are different route networks available. You can find product details of the individual passes as well as information on available routes and flight times, once the sale is open under "More information". Flights are bookable when at least one seat in Economy Class is available on this flight.
  • How can I book my flights?
    The pre-booking periods of the Discover Europe Pass and the City Pass differ from each other. For the Discover Europe Pass flights need to be booked 21 days before departure whereas for the City Pass it is only 7 days before departure. For product details of each pass, please see "More information" once the sale has opened.
  • How long is my Flightpass valid?
    With the Discover Europe Pass and the City Pass you can book flights during a period of 6 months from purchase. With your Flightpass you can book flights flexibly within these 6 months, which have to take place within one year after the purchase date (travel period).
  • What is the Economy Light?

  • How do I book my flights?
    Individual flights can be booked in the customer area of ​​Flightpass.ch. Here you can see the number of your remaining flights and the bookings already made. Booking confirmations will be sent directly to your e-mail.
  • Why can’t I find specific flights?
    There might be different reasons for this. It could be that there is no SWISS direct flight on your desired route and day, your flight is already booked out or the conditions of your Flightpass have not been met (e.g. advance booking period and validity).
  • Is the Flightpass refundable?
    No, the Flightpass is not refundable. Booked as well as unused flights are also not refundable.
  • Can I change or cancel my Flightpass flights?
    If a flight has been booked you unfortunately can not cancel or rebook it.
  • Can I transfer my Flightpass flights to third parties?
    No, all flights of your Flightpass are personalized and can not be transferred to others.
  • Can I book ancillaries (e.g. seat or luggage) for my Flightpass flights?
    Yes, this is possible at an extra charge on swiss.com under "Manage My Booking". For this purpose, log in to your profile or access your booking with your name and the booking code or e-ticket number. Excluded from this service is the upgrade to Business Class.
  • What types of payment are offered?
    You can buy your Flightpass conveniently with Mastercard or Visa.
  • Can I earn Miles & More miles with my Flightpass flights?
    Yes, you can get your miles credited to your Miles & More account. Simply enter your Miles & More customer number once you purchase your Flightpass. You will be automatically credited for each flight.
  • What happens to unused flights when my Flightpass expires?
    All flights must be booked within the validity period. Unused flights can unfortunately not be credited or refunded.
